During a Flower Essence Consultation I will help you pinpoint what limiting thoughts and/or emotions keep popping up for you and help you to find the right flower essence(s) to realign you to your true self.

~Kids Consultations~

After years of working with children in the classroom and in the yoga studio, I will help guide your child(ren) to feel more at peace and in control of their body and minds by using my skills as an herbalist, teacher and empath. During our one hour session, I will use plants, flower essences, yoga strategies, and lifestyle changes that can help them feel like their best selves. By bringing their body, mind and spirit back into balance, more light, energy and joy can be felt and shared.

COMING THIS FALL!!!

Join me on a journey into your imagination to spark your inner peace and radiate it into your mind, body & spirit.

Nature Meditations

It’s Time!

Sure, you can keep living life the way that you are, but don’t you deserve better?

I think so! I know so. You are important!

Small changes make huge differences in our lives and well being. Schedule a flower essence consultation to start realigning your thoughts and emotions with greater clarity and peace.

If you’re wondering what that means, well, there’s a flower essence for just about everything. Here’s an example. You’re kiddos are having a hard time getting along with each other and it’s causing you to want to pull out your hair out or yell. Two flower essences come to mind - Beech and Holly - that not only help your children treat each other with loving kindness, but by offering yourself the essences, too, the anger that you may feel will be dissolved as well. Beech is a smooth bark tree that rises high in the forest to always receive light. It helps us realign our personalities with our true selves. It helps break through the shady smaller trees to the light above. Watching my own kids use this essence always feels like magic. They go from not being their best selves to each other to returning to their sweet essence immediately. As a parent, for some reason, sometimes we get triggered by how our children treat each other. When anger comes up, Holly is a good flower essence to use.

How do you use them? Good question! Once we’ve narrowed down some thoughts and emotions that keep popping up in your days that you’d like to work with, I will guide you to the right essence blend to use right now. Once you get those, you can either wait until you need them and then place a drop in a glass of water and sip it throughout the day, place a drop on the inside of your or your child’s wrist, or place a drop straight on the tongue without touching the dropper. Essences are preserved in alcohol usually, but there are glycerin (sugar water) options, which I like to use for children although mine don’t seem to mind the stronger taste of the alcohol preserved ones.

Yup, it’s that easy. Flower essences are like tuning forks for your body. We all have a perfect note. Everyday, almost every moment, the things around us can disrupt that perfect note. Our nervous system takes in everything around us and tries to help us make sense of it all. Due to past situations, traumas, and incorrect programming, sometimes it doesn’t read each situation correctly.

Energy is funny that way! Just because your kids are being unkind to each other doesn’t mean that it should have any influence on you. However, you, and everyone else that is in the same physical space can pick up on the energies around you, which can trigger your own built up frustrations, woundings and/or limited beliefs or perspectives to surface. Once we become aware of them, we can start to help untangle these “knots”. Flower essences help make that easy to do. All you need to do is be ready and find the right essence.

Thank You!
